Care Instructions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Tamar K. Customs respects each and every individual, organizational and cultural points of view and standards. As a business entity, the terms and conditions mentioned in these documents refer to any, and all, customized products listed that we create, design, print, distribute, and/or provide to our customers and clients worldwide. It is at our discretion as to what text, imagery, equations and the likes thereof that we chose to create, design, print, distribute, and/or provide to our customers and clients. We will not print explicit or vulgar materials containing profanity, nudity or the likes thereof that we deem as inappropriate to the integrity of our company and that go against our Christian faith. However, we will attempt to refer you to a company or business that is able and willing to provide those particular needs.

We want our customers and clients to trust that we will provide the highest quality of
service, detail and care for the customized products we provide for them. We strive to
make every effort in treating customized products and projects just as well as we do our own. Because no one is perfect, getting it right is our goal for you. It is our pleasure to put smiles on your faces and for you to be happy with the products we provide for you, whatever the occasion. We also seek your overall satisfaction and that you will be proud you made the right choice in choosing us.
RETURN POLICY:
Any customer or client may recover the cost on the product(s) we provide them due to a
product defect. There is a 30-day timeframe for any complaints and/or concerns for any
product(s) we provide our customers and clients with, causing the products(s) to be
deemed unusable due to damaged goods or misprints.
These complaints and/or concerns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date [whichever occurs first]. These complaints and/or concerns must include images of the damaged product(s) and the date and time when it was noticed. Failure to provide this information can and will result in a “No-Return Clause” for your product(s).
However, should any product(s) be deemed unusable due to damaged goods or misprints and are submitted within the 30-day time frame of the purchase date or delivery date [whichever comes first], Tamar K. Customs will reprint the damaged product(s) at no charge and/or refund the product(s) purchase.

NO-RETURN CLAUSE (DISCLAIMER)
If a customer or client does not reveal any complaints and/or concerns about their
product(s) within the 30-day time frame of the purchase date or delivery date [whichever occurs first], your product(s) are not redeemable under our “Return Policy.” As a result you will not receive any refunds and/or reprints of your purchased product(s).
Tamar K. Customs is not liable for damaged goods due to delivery through any and all
mail carriers such as, but not limited to, United States Postal Service (USPS), United
Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or any of it’s affiliates or contracted
delivery services or delivery drivers.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS (T-SHIRTS):
Wash inside out in washing machine in cold water cycle with like colors. Dry inside out in dryer on regular heat cycle (hang dry if desired). Iron inside out on a flat surface on the high heat.
